Recommended monitor MS?

whats the highest MS you will go for 60hz panel? also, Ive seen some 1 ms 60hz panel, but arent 60hz panels stuck 16.6 ms? or will getting higher fps on the 60hz panel exceed the 16.6ms?

There's a number of things that can be measured in ms when it comes to a display. There's input lag, there's gray-to-gray time (probably what you mean with the 1ms panel) , then there's the latency between frames (which is the 16.6ms you're describing).

1 ms is reaction time very often, so how much time each frame is processed to be displayed by monitor ( or 1ms grey to grey reactions)

Useless number, since there isnt a uniform way to test it.
