BEST BUDGET 4k 60hz TV??

Hey all,   i'm in the market for a new display for gaming but i need something big.

  I'm a competitive sim-racer and looking to up from 1080 to 4k and minimum size would be 40" which puts a monitor out of the question.

 

I run a monitor for other games but for racing i like the big display, purely for the scale, dashboard in relation to my hands/wheel etc.

 

The display would need to be 4k @ 60hz and available in the UK.

I've had a look around and can see some decent deals but can almost never confirm it will display 4k at 60hz.

 

I have been stung in the past, spent months trying to find a 1080 true 100hz TV,   found an LG one, bought it only to find it does 100hz at 720p only  :(  And run of the mill 1080 60hz

 

So anyone with advice or experience, i thank you in advance.

If you're looking for a budget TV, this one off amazon.co.uk is pretty good for the price, and 43 inches.
