Changing Monitor

Hi guys i'm thinking on changing my Asus VG245H to something better my budget is around 400 euro, was thinking of buying AG241QX but i dont know if it's the right choice so need some of your people opinion before choosing.

what is your rig? don't get a 4K 144Hz monitor if you have a low end graphics card

but for $400 i found these options

but personally i would go for the XF240H, it's high refresh rate will be useful for competitive games

got gtx 1070 im looking for monitors with at least 144hz

it's a nice monitor but in Portugal costs 457 euro i want less that 400 euro.
https://eu.aoc.com/en/gaming/products/ag241qx i was thinking on buying this monitor it's 100 euro cheaper and 144hz it's enough and i don't mind about not having g-sync.
