Doesn't look bad to me

Edit: just did a PCPartPicker list and went overbudget before even choosing a case, PSU, and OS. So yeah, good deal.

Buy now, absolutely. That 8700K paired with a 1060 6GB model is a nice duo, especially inside a Z370 motherboard. With RAM prices nowadays, that's a very good deal.

I'm best at Intel CPUs, 300 series motherboards, DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GPUs, & Android mobiles, so I may be incorrect sometimes

PC - 8600K / Hyper 212 / Asus GTX 1060 3GB / Asus Prime Z370-P / 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM / Samsung 850 EVO 250GB / Corsair CXM 450W / NZXT S340

Mobile - Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB + Moto 360 2

Console - 2013 PS4 500GB
