IR stuff

So going to run HDMI in the wall to get a Tivo where cable boxes cannot go. I know this is made but I can't find it on Amazon. What would happen is when in the other room I press a button on the remote. Then it sends it to a sender and sends the IR and then the remote work. Where can I find this?

Yes. I might have to get longer IR receivers but I'll have a use for the ones included. But that's what I need.
