Weed's gonna have a negative effect on your memory and concentration if you take it often for many years. It's also bad for your lungs because, after all, you're inhaling smoke into your lungs. 

 

Like most things, it's okay in moderation. You don't have to worry about smoking a couple joints every week, really.

Well it depends on a person. I read one article that cannabis cures and controls almost all the kinds of diseases like Cancer, HIV, Autism, Epilepsy, Neurological disorders, Muscular disorders, Metabolic disorders, Mental disorders etc. I smoke weed about 2-3 times a week. I am from LA and it's legal here. So I always have http://allweed.us/ catalog of delivery services on hand, which is very convenient by the way. I get my weed usually within 30 min.

No, it doesn't treat "almost all kinds of diseases", and it certainly doesn't cure anything you listed.

 

It can help by reducing pain, increase appetite, reduce nausea and help with muscle control problems.

Those can be very useful in treatment of some illnesses, but let's not spread bullshit like "smoking weed cures cancer, HIV and autism" because it is not true.
