No Wireless & No LAN Adater Detected Father's Day build HELP

I've just built this PC for my dad for Father's day and have installed windows 10.

The problem im facing is that there are no network adapters found.

Even though my AsRock B360m-ITX/ac motherboard supports on board wireless.

 

I go to device manager and under network adapters i only find Bluetooth.

No wireless adapter and no LAN atapter

I've attached a screenshot of this.

 

I Also go to network and sharing center and then to change adapter settings and only find bluetooth.

No LAN or Wireless again

I went to AsRocks website for my motherboard.

I have the newest BIOS version

P1.4

 

So i tried looking at the downloads.

I see LAN drivers and Wireless LAN Drivers

I installed these to a USB and unzipped them.

I plugged the USB into the No Wi-fi PC and copied the files to the C: Drive

I then tried to run the LAN driver auto install

but received error "no intel adapter detected"

 

So i tried to install the wireless LAN driver

when running this autorun file simply nothing happens no error and no install starts.

 

I've opened a ticket with AsRock support but im at a loss and really need help so i can get this up an running before father's day

Check your BIOS/UEFI and enable the wireless adapter in there

In BIOS it should be enabled by default.

Its either that, or the onboard Ethernet is DOA

There should be an option under "Chipset Configuration" to enable both ethernet and wireless.

Alright now ive checked in bios and found a setting for "Intel (R) Ethernet connection 1219-V" but it was already enabled

RESOLVED:

For anyone looking for info this is how i resolved mine.

 

Go to search type device manager.

In my case i had nothing under network adapters

However i noticed under "other devices" there was unknown network device

Right click on unknown network device

click update driver software

click browse my computer for driver software

hit browse and select C: drive

hit next

It auto detected a wireless network driver i clicked finished and wifi started to work right away

 

Then i attempted to install the Wired LAN connection driver from the motherboard manufacture and it installed LAN driver LAN started to work after a reboot
