RFID Tracking system using Raspberry PI

Is it possible for me to do tracking system using RFID on Raspberry PI? 

if its possible is there any code that i can use? 
I'm Beginner.

what do you mean by tracking system?

 

You could build something like a security control system out of it that only allows the correct RFID to get in.

Yes, it is. The most common application for such systems is, surprisingly, in model railroading. You might start your search by looking there.

Logistics asset tracking and monitoring, theft prevention, security guard tour, access control, livestock and wildlife tagging and time and attendance are some of the most common and I'm sure I've forgotten a fair few.

 

You need to be more clear on what you are doing and trying to achieve.
