I need to backup my phone but the screen is broken my phone is on7 please help fast!

iphone 7? if it's unlocked then you can use iTunes, but otherwise bring it to an Apple store.

Is there no program in my pc i can download to recover my data?

you plug the cable in the PC, then use Explorer (the same app used to access files in the PC) to browse the phone's data.

you can't without controlling your phone with its screen, you need to contact the phone manufacturer's customer service.
