Some confusion may appear here, but I cant find the pictures in between the part over this and some under here, as you can see the midplate is gone and the hotswap is back in. The hotswap will also be taken out of the case.

This is a part of the PSU bracket thingy which is was in the way for the 360 rad.

I also had to remove some parts in the front.

Just some rough taping up, I dont have to cut perfectly straight here as I have to add some aluminium to make the structure stronger.

Next time I do something I guess? :P

I don't know how long, but I'm guessing when I get a hold of some aluminium sheets to make the case stronger. Without the 5,25", HDD and hotswap bays the structure is very very weak.

This looks really good! :) Where did you buy the copper pipes, and are those Bitspower Multi-Link Adapters (Just wondering if they were the same as normal fittings)? I sent a mail to Charles Harwood and he told me that in his display models he used 12mm OD rigid copper pipes, is this the same thing? Anyways this is really nice and I am really looking forward to seeing this finished! You're making me proud to be Norwegian. :)

I'm using the 12mm OD copper pipes you can get at "Biltema", the fittings is multi-link adapters (Bitspower C47) bought from Techbay.no They're not as "normal" fittings if you're meaning compression fittings or barbs, with the C47 you have to push the tubing/piping into the fittings. It is important that you file the edges smooth so you dont ruin any of the o-rings inside.

The modding of the case itself shouldnt take too long, but all the hardware and watercooling may take some months as Bitspower bits quickly adds up :P

Custom backplate

So, I found some scrap acryllic to try to figure out how I should make the custom backplate. I could not use the screws because they are too short, so I either have to use some other screws or double sided tape. Is double sided tape conductive?

I wont use this backplate, as it's just some scrap and test object.

Just use some double sided tape, it will make it so there is no ugly screw holes.

Just curious, but doesn't acrylic have a tendency to build up static? As for the tape you could use kapton tape 3M makes some thats double sided.

Yeah, that would look much better.

I don't know actually, but i'm not sure if the acryllic will be close enough for it to "kick in".
