That doesn't seem great at all...

1) You went with an i7 7740X, the most pointless i7 that Intel has ever made.

2) The Corsair VS 550W is awful.

3) You've gone for 2133MHz DDR4, the slowest configuration of DDR4.

IT'S UTTERLY HORRIBLE

1. 7740X is the same speed as a 7700k, a CPU that got wrecked the Ryzen 5 1600 at first, then the 6 core Intel i5s and i7s later. The higher memory overclocks it can achieve hardly helped at all (and you wont reach it, ever with that kit of RAM)

2. 32GB of 2133MHz DDR4 will still be beaten by 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 in your use case. Streaming is RAM heavy, but not enough to completely chew up 16GB. Not to mention the CPU will bottleneck your streaming performance first if you game and stream with the same machine.

3. Bad PSU. I mean, don't people think of 'Very Shit' when they see the VS name?

Anything below tier 3 should never be considered with this level of budget.

Honestly you'll be better off going for an i7 8700K,16GB 3000MHz+ and a Z370 board of your choice.

CPU and RAM are not as good value as what @LinusTechTipsFanFromDarlo suggested, but at least it's a reasonable purchase.

PSU is good.
