Corsair H100i v2 Help

Hello all, so yesterday I started building my first pc. Everything was going pretty smooth and ended getting to the end of my build where I was about to put my gpu in when I noticed that my pump lines from my Corsair H100i v2 were in the way of me being able to put my gpu in its slot. I had to remove the pump from the cpu and flip my radiator in order to make it all work. Should I reapply new thermal paste to my cpu before putting my pump back on or could I still use the same paste that was already applied. Any help is appreciated!

Re-apply thermal paste.

You know, you just need to attach your AIO tubes with a zip tie cable to a tying point for a few days.
In that way you "condition" your cables into staying in a certain position. :)

Normally, you should reapply thermal paste every time the heatsink (or pump in your case) is reseated.

It's not that thermal paste is crazy expensive, especially compared to all of the other components in your system.

It doesn't hurt to replace it but there shouldn't be any notable performance difference if you don't touch the thermal paste.
