Are different brand RGB controller/fans work together?

i was thinking of getting a cooler master case that includes an rgb controller, but i like corsair rgb fans. would they work together?

No. If that were true then this would be the future and brands would be nice to each other. Brands want to lock you inside their ecosystem to try and keep you buying their products and not moving over to other brands. What you could do is just get normal fans and then the Halos fan frames from Phanteks (that's what I did) because they're essentially LED strips and just plug in to your mobo.
