I am extremely desperate, please someone help. Yes this is a repost, I moved it into off topic.

So I'm trying to use the Xbox App on Windows 10 to play State of Decay 2 with some friends. (See image xb1 for Xbox's error)

None of my systems connect to xbox live, both my desktop and laptop are having this issue.

But I suspect my router is blocking Microsoft's Teredo Tunneling program used to connect to xbox live.

My router being a TP-Link Archer C9.

I already did all the port forwarding required by microsoft themselves.

On top of that I have DMZ enabled, UPnP enabled, IPv6 enabled, NAT Boost enabled. I've also tried running the Xbox App with my firewall turned off and nothing changed.

If anybody knows how to fix this I will be extremely grateful.

Also note, I've tried pretty much all of the fixes found online and I've determined this has to be a router issue. All the fixed I found online deal with individual system issues.
