Lenovo T570 Graphics Sucks?!

Hi

I bought in January with an Dealer Discount an Lenovo T570 sure with the i7 to get the max speed who was possible with "downgrade" W7.

But when I play recorded TV recordings (1:1 recording, .ts File) between crap SD Quality and Full HD there are some weired "lagging" is going on like the half of the Screen show the other frame and other Graphis Laggs.

When I watch the same Clip on my very old T61 who is connect to my 2 Dip lay via the Dock no problems or laggs.

So what is going on?! So is the Laptop Crap? Driver Crap? I tried the "newest" Lenovo Driver -> nothing, the newest Intel Driver -> nothing. Its the Original Win who got delivered from Lenovo.

Look at task manager while the video plays, and see if anything is maxing out.

Nope the CPU is quite bored at the Time.

Is anything else like the disk maxing out? Also, are you loading the files from the drive or over the network?

Both and its the same issue with. Its not an SSD problem the would show in VLC and grew, yellow bar. It have to do something with the Graphic (or with an internal Bus Speed) or what the hell. Its like working on an Lenovo S10 Netbook.
