I just got my braces, any advice to not go insane because of the braces? Any cleaning tips?

Clean clean clean. Make sure you get some firm toothbrushes so that you can get any food out of them that gets stuck. The Waterpik is also a great tool to have to clean out any remaining food. Wear you elastics.

aah the good ol´ days. First week i ate a big mac and got a little big mac suprice 4h later when a piece of meat that has been in my braces dropped down :D

 

My tip to you is dont start o lisp
