Typically when it comes to pricing errors, the store isn't required to honour the price. They can remove the item from sale and cancel the orders. This means if it is a result of a pricing error, they could cancel the order and refund the money.

Normally since the mistake was theirs the stores are extremely helpful with their customer support and push through the refund without much fuss.

It's a possibility. A price like that appears to me to be a pricing error.
I'd check the seller out to see if they have any promotional material (on their website, twitter, etc) that would suggest that they're doing a 90% off sale on that laptop.
It's not unheard of to have some ridiculous flash sales, but 90% off a new laptop seems too good to be true.

Buy it. Newegg will have your back if it is a scam, but as said above, it's probably a pricing error.

I'd recommend caution. Be aware that there is always a chance with "too good to be true" prices on online stores that it may be a scam.
If you do decide to go ahead with it I'd recommend to use a secure payment method such as paypal that will have possibility for disputing the funds if something goes wrong.

Changing the configuration of it, the 16GB is showing €160, but the 32GB is showing €1780 and the 8GB is showing price of €1513. Similar story with all the other configurations of HDDs/SSDs. Definitely a pricing error.

My guess is it was meant to be €1600, not €160, which will fit in with the other prices for that configuration. Someone just missed a 0 when typing in the price.

Still showing for me? Still shows as in stock and I'm able to add it to the cart.
Even checked on a different browser so it's not a caching issue and it still shows.

It is sometimes redirecting to a server busy page though.

If it's a pricing error, chances are they'll just cancel your order and refund you.

Same thing happened to me last week with the Netgear R7000, a Canadian retailer had it for $30 online for a few hours ... My order was cancelled after about an hour :(

Cool trivia about Brazilian consumers law, the place is obligated to sell at advertised price REGARDLESS whether it was a mistake or not what increases control over advertising

My brother got an Epson M205 printer for roughly 5 dollars once lolz...

If you add it to your cart and select Brazil as the shipping destination it gives an error stating that the product is not available in that country. I just tried while googling  "Brazil parcel forwarding service". :D
