5.5Ghz....yolo, Just yolo.

1Ct00.jpg

Not to be the bad guy here but something is a little up with this screenshot, there is Zero (and I mean absolutely zero) chance that 2600k can do 5.5ghz at less then 1.5v core, its just not possible ever under LN2. Probably just a case of CPU-Z recording the vcore incorrectly, but I would be interested to know what the actual vcore is.

The vcore is 1.65v, CPU-Z has a known bug where over what is considered a "safe" voltage it doesnt display as it believes there is a problem (where 90% there is) this CPU is kinda rare in that it just shrugs off high voltages and its why I bought it at such a high price. I understand the concern though, this is a rare find and some are finding it hard to believe. Im thinking of doing a proof video where I show me changing the multiplier to 55, booting it and showing that its game stable.

Thats just reminded me! How stable does this OC need to be? Mine is game stable but doesnt last under a few hours of prime stress.

Don't run 5+ 24/7 as I need over 1.4v for it so I generally run 4.8 as my daily, but here is a run at 5.0
