I got:

  • Some nice jeans and a peacoat.
  • A small shovel for digging out my car in the winter (my current shovel doesn't fit in my car).
  • Two large, fuzzy blankets. One from my parents and one from my girlfriend.
  • Two large omelette pans (10' and 12')
  • Some tupperware plates.
  • A large spatula (perfect for omelettes), cooking spoon, and tongs.
  • A mystery item that my girlfriend's parents will give me tomorrow.

I know it's not interesting, but getting functional, useful everyday things is a lot more exciting when you're a "grown-up".

I expect there will be more new builds and upgrading builds on ,the forum soon.

I didn't get anything big and expensive, but my dad did get me meaningful and thoughtful gifts. I got a 16gig flash drive that has every picture my dad has taken or he has of him or my mom or there families growing up, it was 10400 pictures that he took the time to scan and put on to flash drives for each of us kids. I also got this memory bear, which was made from some of my mom's old clothes, 3 Christmases and it is still hard with her gone.

 -snip-

D'aww... that's SO nice and heartwarming! Man you have a good one!

Nothing wrong with a pebble. I love mine.  Great gift.   Just wish i knew where to get better watch faces, what are the best apps, I need a centralized place for general info. Wish there was a topic on the forums here, but there's not.

A Nexus 7 2013 and some white chocolate. Although it is nice getting presents and all, the best bit of christmas is giving presents and seeing others. Hope everyone has a great Hogmanay (New Year in Scotland), and 2014!
