I'm looking for a gaming laptop for 700$.

I will want the laptop to have a long batter life and be able for playing modern games at 1080p at medium settings.

If you don't want to buy used, the Dell Inspiron 5577 is decent. It's around $1000 or $900 if you use a coupon. But if you wait until they have a sale you can probably get it for around $750. Look around on the internet. There's probably some store selling them for $750 right now. I don't think there's any way you're getting a 7577 (with a 1060) for less then $1200.
