Tbh at this point its another Duke Nukem Forever and i stopped caring about it. I will never live up to the hype and they are better off (if they will ever release anything) to just make a new IP or something based on the HL universe.

I came to terms Valve is never going to bother publishing another game agaon years ago. I always held on for another Portal, but I realise these days it will never happen sadly. The same with Half-Life, it was a fantastic series, sure. But it's just never going to live up to expectations if they ever do anything.

Case: Ncase M1 V5 Black CPU: Intel Core i5 12600 MB: AORUS Z690i RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX DDR4 SSD: WD SN770 500GB | WD SN750 250GB

Cooler: Noctua NH-L9x65 GPU: EVGA RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra 8GB PSU: Corsair SF600 80+ Platinum Fans: Noctua NF-F12x 2 | Noctua NF-A9x14

Valve just bought Campo Santo and their next game will release under Valve.

Source? The only one i saw was an alleged valve insider who "said" that it was never comming out. Even the sites publishing that noted it should be taken with a grain of salt as they could not verify he was legit.

As far as i can see Valve never released a statement that HL3 or Episode 3 was never coming out.

Having said that, i have no illusion that it will never see the day of light. At least not in the way that would be good :D  (note: i'll eat my words if it ever happens)

We all know what truly killed Half-Life 3, it was CS:GO Weapon skins finishes.... VALVe gets loads of money by using random people's work at the workshop so why bother developing the most anticipated game of history

It worries me that someone actually spent like 2 hours in writing that crap and creating charts with MS Paint, and got paid to do so.
