Where to connect this cable

Yep rookie mistake. It goes inside the case not in the motherboard :D, had to unscrew part of case to find connector

So decided to clean inside of pc unplugged everything just to forget where power sw +- other end of cable 8pin goes in motherboard. I can see pics online only where sw +- connect but it doesnt show where other end of cable goes in to mobo.

Look in, or look up, your motherboard manual for this.

 

Why on earth did you unplug everything just to clean it out?!

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

Could you post a picture of it? The power SW cable will come from your case, so not sure what you mean by an 8pin connector.
