Windows 10 resolution in the office HELP

Hi guys,

 

I have a windows 10 laptop, which has a GPU that supports up to 4k resolution.

 

My laptop screen is at 1080p. At my office I'm connected to 2x 1080p monitors. Everything is fine.

 

When I go to a meeting, where there's a 65" tv, i connect it through displayport, the resolution of my screen and the TV is changed to 4k.

Everything becomes TINY and impossible to see.

 

I go to another meeting in a different room with an older projector, i connect the screen, now everything looks near normal or bigger than normal (smaller resolution?)

 

Any idea how I can solve this problem, so I don't have to manually go in and adjust the damn resolution everytime i go to a different tv or projector?

Have you tried going into Display Settings and changing the TV to an extended display instead of a duplicated one?

No, but will I then have to do that for every new monitor/tv/projector I connect to? :(
