Split Screen Management

RandomlySet

Morning all,

We have a workstation in the office that is simply set up to monitor various things across our network. This workstation is connected to 2 49" TVs, and also plan on having a 3rd 32" in portrait.

Anyway, we have so many graphs, tables, guages etc running, we have to manually position them. Windows snap feature will work in some cases, but what we really want it some decent screen splitting software. Now I've messed around with the free one from ViewSonic on my work PC, and the first thing I noticed is that it only manages 1 of my screens (I have a 3 monitor set up). Also, the IT Manager has asked - is it possible for screen splitting software to remember the position of each window we have open (or it's last position used)? I'm not sure any software will do that, but this is why I'm asking.

So basically, what we need is software that:

  • runs on multiple displays
  • will remember last location of a window/program

ETA: The only "decent" software I've really heard of in the past is DisplayFusion
