What are you asking? Where is the sound chip?

I don't remember the agp card's having onboard audio unless they were the all in wonder series.  I doubt there are a lot of people here with experience in cards that old

if a chip is hot, put a heatsink on it

heatsink

thermal adhesive

or thermal tape

I'm sure there are cheaper ways to remove the heat but that was what I could find in a minute or two

What is the "secund" (second perhaps?) chip, the AGP/PCIe bridge chip?  This sits between the GPU chip and the edge connector.

If so, you can only run the card in an AGP 4x/8x 1.5v system.  AGP 2x/4x 3.3v is MUCH higher voltage and will damage the bridge chip.

Honestly dont think this is the problem.

Ive had some cards with the AGP/PCIe bridge, they get EXTREMELY hot without a problem.

Does the fan actually spin when the card is running?

Looks like the two capacitors near the molex connector are bulging. Unless you also replace these the card is done.

Yep, didn't notice that because of the small preview size.  That would be your problem, not temps.

I had a 6600 that ran for 12 years before it blew the caps. I replaced them and ran it another two years. There was nothing wrong qoth nVidia as a whole, just your 15 year old card.

The capacitors need to be replaced.  That is the problem, they don't even pass a visual inspection.

Your card is physically damaged. You are wasting your time until you replace the capacitors. It will never work regardless of drivers until you fix the physical damage.

Same. I have an ATI HD2600XT with a bridge chip and that thing gets toasty AF but works fine.

No. Replace the capacitors or throw the card in the bin.

6200 will likely need older drivers.

Ive got a few Quadro cards from the 6000 line and they don't work the best on Windows 8/10.

In Windows 7 you have to use very old drivers from ~2008 or so.

Yes, they are. On top where the three lines intersect they are not flat, and one is leaking. You cannot be helped, and as such I am about to block you because You're not listening and wasting my time.
