Cheapest 1440p G-sync monitor

So I was doing some browsing, thinking I might need a second monitor, and I found this. Seems like a pretty good deal to me in all honesty. I have yet to find a monitor with similar specs for less than $500!

Do you already have a gsync monitor?  If so, don't get a second one.  You really only need Gsync on the screen you are gaming on.  Otherwise go for it.
