How to run Dual Display with both GPU's HDMI and MD's Hdmi?

(apologies in advance, english is not my native tongue)

My GPU only have one Hdmi Port and i know that using Motherboard's one by going in the bios is possible but i dont know how.

I dont own anything display cable other than HDMI

My Bios look like this

(Sorry for the quality, i dont know if ScreenShots are possible in the BIOS and since im unfamiliar with it i didnt want to try it)

If they are other way to dual display with one GPU hdmi plz tell me even if we solve my problem

Just use something besides HDMI for the second monitor.

does your GPU have a DVI connector? DVI-D to HDMI adapters cost next to nothing.

was about to ask you How to know if it a DVI and then i saw its written right next to it
