Cooler Master Hyper 212 vs Corsair H45

I was planning to buy Cooler Master Hyper 212 but while I going through its specs - it is 160 mm in height while my cabinet (https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Carbide-Series®-SPEC-04-Tempered-Glass-Mid-Tower-Gaming-Case-—-Black-Red/p/CC-9011117-WW) says maximum CPU cooler height could be 150 mm. That's why I am not really sure whether this fill fit or not.

So I was looking for alternative to this cooler and find out Corsair H45 which is close to this budget, but as it is an entry level liquid cooling solution, I am not sure whether this will be at par with 212. If Corsair H45 can deliver same performance as 212, then I think due to cabinet constraints I can go with it.

Kindly suggest which one should I buy?

H45 is junk. Get yourself the Cyrorig H7 which is 145mm high and will fit into your case without issue.

H45 just leaves the Hyper 212 so far behind, there's not even dust for the air cooler.

It is a bit noisy though

Thanks for suggesting H7, wasn't aware of it. As per reviews it looks better than 212. But may I know the reason why you called H45 junk? Because I haven't seen any review suggesting it is not performing good or any other issues reported with it other than noise.

It's worth only if you can get it cheap.

The Hyper 212 won't fit as shown the 150mm clearance spec.  Unlike the non-TG Spec-04, the model you linked doesn't have a side panel bump to account for slightly taller coolers like the Hyper 212.

The H45 is better but often more expensive. What cpu are you cooling and why are you looking at these coolers in particular?

Where are you shopping/located?

I am planning to run i7 8700K. I am located in India, and building my PC for primarily gaming and software development.   I have never done overclocking before, so looking to try out my hands over it as well. I am not particular about any cooler, I am just looking for a cooler that can suffice my requirements. As per reviews online I zeroed in on only these two products as they fit in my budget.

My budget is Rs. 5000 (Indian rupees)

I am shopping from following websites:

1. Amazon.in

2. Mdcomputers.com

Due to the lack of clearance for taller cpu coolers in the Spec-04 TG, the H45 is seems to be the best option available.
