Any error codes on the LCD display on the board if you have one?  Any beep codes if not?

Is this a new build or a system that worked fine before?  If a new build, check everything.  If a new problem on a old system, check that nothing's come loose, broken, spilled, and verify that you don't smell ozone or burning silicon.

Bulging capacitors.  The top of a capacitor bulging or leaking.

Also, have you tried a different GPU?

Since I don't know what's in your computer, do you know if your CPU has integrated graphics that you can test?

Well, that's definitely the cheapest way to test to see if it's an issue with your GPU unless you have a backup graphics card.
