i want to know what type of pc i would need for my dad for him to watch streams of football would i need a high grade Xeon or and 8 core Ryzen or just a barebones unit or what

No need to waste money, just get him a r5 2400g, it has an powerful igpu and cpu, so it can stream anything.

About any modern day system. Or an Amazon fire stick or roku. The bigger issue is fining the content to stream. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
