Need help setting up Fallout 4 Mods

I have downloaded countless mods in the past but now have my Fallout 4 installed on my E drive, which is my second SSD and none of my mods work. (C being my OS SSD and D being my HHD, where I store my mods, configured via Nexus Mod Manager). I think it has something to do with the ini files located in C:\Users\Myname\Documents. These files are still there and I have modified them to enable mods but I suspect they don't work or are not in the proper location because my game is now on my E drive.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
