Found these on a piece of clothing...

Can anyone tell me what these are?

They are completely dry. Most likely more than 6 months old i think.

That looks like dried up, rigatoni. Boil some water, cook them, drain them, add some ragu or cheese sauce and have yourself a nice pasta.
