300 fps on 144hz monitor not smooth with higher sens

using 200 dpi on 144hz with 300 fps is super smooth. obviously its unplayable because its too small of dpi, but it is still smooth. When i use a higher dpi though, its super choppy. really hard to aim (not cuz the sense is too high -- its only 5000 edpi.) its just SUPER choppy any fixes?

it feels as if im using 125 hz mouse instead of 1000
