Which IPS monitor I should buy?

I am gonna use the monitor mainly for watching movies and casual gaming.

LG 24MP59G
Viewsonic VX2476-SMHD
Philips 245C7QJSB
AOC I2490VXQ/BT
Asus MX239H
Dell 2414H

If you have other 23-24 inch IPS monitor suggestions let me know.

Of course go for the LG 24MP59G, it has 75hz refresh rate so a bit higher than common IPS monitor, LED backlit and currently for $140 ish USD

I don't have the desk space for a 29 inch monitor. Max 27 inch.
