Hi I was wondering if the corsair LL120 120mm RGB case fans work in a corsair 460x non rgb.

Yes but seeing the case isn't rgb would it still be possible to add rgb fans?

Yes you can add these fans and they will work. I'm fairly certain its just a regular 4 pin connector per fan so you should be fine. 

I'll try help you out. I'm partial to certain vendors but I'll never pretend to know something I don't. Stay cool.
