Dual monitors with DGPU and IGPU

So I just recently found out that I can run 2 monitors with both my DGPU and IGPU. This made my happy because HDMI does not work properly on my second monitor. (Trust me, I have troubleshooted the hell out of HDMI not connecting properly. No fix. But the display works fine with VGA.) So I went into my bios and enabled my IGPU so I can use the VGA port on the motherboard to run the second monitor. However when I boot my system the monitor is not detected. (When connected with VGA.) It will be detected when connected with HDMI. However, I don't want to use HDMI on the second monitor because the display is badly messed up on my second monitor when connected with HDMI. Is there something else I need to do to enable the second monitor via IGPU?

To be completely honest, I'd say it's a bad idea trying to run a DGPU and IGPU at same time anyway.

My secondary rig (The Oldie): 4GB DDR2 800, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3GHz, Stock Dell Cooler, Foxconn 0RY007, AMD Radeon HD 5450, 250GB Samsung Spinpoint 7200RPM HDD, Antec HCG 400M 400W Semi Modular PSU, Windows 8.1 Pro, 80mm Cooler Master fan, Dell Inspiron 530 Case modded for better cable management. Can't really use the power of the iGPU whilst using a DGPU, even if you "enable" it in the bios it still won't be used.

I enabled it only for use of my second monitor. I am not enabling it for any kind of performance boost.

It still won't be used because of the DGPU.
