iPhone 5s with Apple Watch 3

Hello iPhone and Android users,

I have a iPhone 5s with a Jailbreak on ios 11.1.2 and I just bought a Apple Watch 3 (GPS + Cellular) and I can't pair it with my iPhone 5s because it is to old for the 3rd gen apple watch, so is there a work around with or without Jailbreaking other than buying a new iphone I like my 5s and can't buy a new one. Thanks for your help
