Cheap decent tablet?

My school supply ipad mini 2's however thanks to ios 11, Its now basically unusable for anything other than youtube, Besides im trying to get away from apple, So I need a decent android tablet, Under £200, But I can go higher if Its good, Around 10 inches or so, Im not bothered about used either, It must have a decent screen and be fast (Or have a custom rom available) other than that, Not much else.

Lenovo Tab 4 is currently 199 pounds, it appears that it's on sale. It also can double up as a laptop by the looks of it. 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 625 which is mid-range. Should be tons better than the Mini 2
