NH-D15 or Dark Rock pro 4

Recommended Posts

Either works really. Basically same performance, just weigh the cost of looks accordingly.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Oh okay, thanks for the help.

D15, it's like 3-4 bucks cheaper at most stores while performing the same.

Oh ok.

Ya, the Dark Rock is a few bucks more only because it's newer.

DR4Pro seems to be much quieter than Noctua while they do perform at same level. Also, if you are for looks...

Performance seems pretty close but the NH-D15 is a bit better while the DRP4 is quieter. The DRP4 is closer to the NH-D15S in performance than the NH-D15.

Either would be great. You could go with the DRP4 for the lower noise and black aesthetic or the NH-D15 for a slight edge in performance and longer warranty at 6 vs. 3 years. Mounting hardware is solid for both coolers but Noctua's is a bit better.
