Depends on the market.

Yeah

Actually a company doesn't even need to have 50%, it depends on market dominance.  So lets say there are 10 companies in the fray, and one of them has 40% while the other 9 have 60%, it can still happen.  But it has to pertain to the specifics what they have in the laws.

No, it comes from knowledge of what is legal in my country.  There is evidence that some sort of licensing or benefit deal has changed and it negatively impacts the marketability of other products using components from a different vendor.

There is obvious intent with what is actually being done by these equipment manufacturers, such as claims that these other products are not gaming capable by representatives of the OEM while marketing material and known capability show otherwise.

Contra-revenue and special pricing to force compliance with a marketing strategy to diminish competition falls under antitrust laws in the US.  You should read through this before continuing.

If only you understood what all that meant and how it applies to this.  You still haven't shown any evidence of illegal activity.   The bit you are missing here is that just becasue you think something is obvious or that the intent is obvious, does not mean that evidence exists to support an investigation.

You keep saying the same thing but you are not understanding the difference between what you feel/think and actual law/SOP.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
