Header usually refers to the header in the file's data that describes the content. try opening those files in another program, does that work?

I just had to convert all of the files to png files, and the problem was fixed.

If anybody is reading this later with the same problem, this is the program I used:

https://www.xnview.com/en/xnconvert/

Note: This is a fully legitimate copy of Premiere Pro. My school has stocked all of the Engineering Classroom computers with all of the 2015 Adobe Products.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

tfw you don't get best answer :(

jk glad you could get it working

guessing you downloaded those from the internet. when you do, and the download windows gives you the option for "all files" as the file type, I usually try .jpg first, then png, gif, etc.

but open the file once you DL it to ensure you guessed right.
