would a 212 Turbo fit in Cougar MG110 case ?

Why wouldnt a CoolerMaster 212 fit into a Cougar MG110 ? The cooler has a height of 163mm and the case is about 193mm width. According to Cougar they said the max cooler height should be 150mm, but why not more than that ? I mean why wouldn't a 163mm height cooler fit in a 193mm width case ?

Just because the case is 193mm wide, doesn't meant the space between the motherboard and the side panel is 193mm. If Cougar says it can't fit coolers taller than 150mm I'd trust them, as they will obviously want to put the largest number on there they can get away with. So I doubt they are underestimating.
