How to step up the airflow of a phanteks enthoo evol itx

I have 2 120mm silent wings 3 2000rpm pwm fans, 1 140mm silent wings 3 1000rpm pwm fans, 2 140mm PH-F140MP phanteks fans. I am using a dark rock pro 3, so I can only use 1 fan on the top rather than two (I will end up having one extra fan lying around.

Rear SW3 140mm exhaust, front SW3 120mm intake, and top PH-F140MP intake or exhaust--not sure if it'll make much of a difference due to the restrictive paneling.

do you think that having an awkwardly mounted ph-f1400mp in the drive cages will help with GPU airflow? (in a diagonal, blowing towards the gpu, drive cages will be removed and I do not need them)

That can help. Puget Systems has articles testing the benefits of an extra angled fan.
