nexus 7 (2013) vs tegra note

As the title says what do you guys think?

My friend has the Tegra note. If you want a portable electronic doodle pad there is absolutely no other competitive option at the price. I believe reading that the Nexus 7 2013 has a faster CPU but the note is no slouch either. I watched it run through 3dmark at around 40fps, don't remember the score but I can ask him or you could google it. But for the price it seems reasonable to me. I do have a one sided view though.
