Sure, just get some 4-pin cable extension from eBay, a stand to secure the fan, and you can use it to be blown by it all over the place.

I got 4 led fans for my case but the case included 2 on its own for free (ty nzxt) and now they are essentially useless..

Is there a way i can use them productively to benefit from them ? 

The case is the NZXT 340s Elite .. can i do a double fan or push pull kind of thing ? i dunno...

Just keep them for when one of your case fans goes bad. I built my system just over 4 years ago and I've had three fans that have failed since then.

what cooler do you use?

I suppose if your case is on your desk, otherwise you'd have to get some sort of extension cable for it. You'd also need to find something to hold the fan on the desk.

then you cant make it into a push pull config because there's only the space for one fan. Push/pull config for case fans dont benefit in any noticeable way.
