Seems almost all the Hyper 212's have a MIR, but only the OG 212 EVO and the newer 212x are under $20.

Fianlly, a Full tower, the Enthoo Pro TG for $90. It's a little dated comapred to it's little bro, the Pro M, but theyve updated it with TG and even have a RGB special edition if youre into it
