The new forum I’m sure is here to stay but I prefer the sharper/harder old forum over soft round bubble new stuff.

A thread in forum bugs is prolly the best way to contact colonel mortis or. Whoever else is working in the forum.

Everyone was a noob at the beginning, don't be discouraged by toxic trolls even if u lose 15 times in a row. Keep training and pushing yourself further and further, so u can show those sorry lots how it's done !

Be a supportive player, and make sure to reflect a good image of the game community you are a part of. 

Don't kick a player unless they willingly want to ruin your experience.

We are the gamer community, we should take care of each other !

I liked the more simple look of the old forum, and the old forum dark mode definately looked better imo.

Are they trying to log in via external login?

 

There is a banner displayed when you're not logged in advising that login with Twitter/Google/etc is not working.

Using the reset password option and setting a new password should force it to create a local account and allow them access. I'm not sure why it's saying that it cannot use old password 🤔

 

If they click on the warning banner it has instructions for regaining access via resetting password, which seems to have worked for other users so far.
