Upgrade from Blue Snowball

So my Blue Snowball is slowly dying on me so I'm planning on buying a new microphone. I know the blue yeti and at2020 are what most people go to as an upgrade but I was wondering if there are any other microphones people know of that are good around £80-130 it will mainly be used for streaming.

Get a Blue Snowball iCE. So long as you're not making music or anything, it's more than good enough and you can save the $70 for a boom arm if you don't already have one and a pop filter and whatever else.

That actually the one ive been using. I should have said that. I want to get something a bit more professional. Though to anyone looking at the iCE it is a great little mic that lasted me about 3 years of heavy use

Im streaming mainly but have plans to make some videos. I like good sound so I want something like the yeti or at2020

Yeti sounds like a great option. I have a Snowball on a boom arm and I've never had any issues with it

I know its good. I was wondering if anyone in the audio scene knew any other brands that might be worth checking out other than blue and audio technica. if not then I will probably go for the yeti

How is it slowly dying? Mine has been going strong for 3-4 years

It works but the port at the back is kinda broke so every time I want to use it I have to unplug and replug it in a couple times for it to be recognized. once its recognized it is fine. I was planning on upgrading anyway so when this started happening I saw it as a sign to upgrade

This is what I got because I didn't have enough to spend on an at2020. I'd say the quality is just about the same as the 2020.

If you want you can spend 150 on a SM58/57 and a audio interface if your serious about streaming

If your buying a AT 2020 XLR version i wouldn't go for it
