My PC turns itself off (and then back on) randomly

Hi! I've delayed this post for some time trying to find what causes the issue, but I give up. The issue is, my PC turns off suddenly (and then back on) by itself at random moments.
Here is my specs:
CPU: AMD A10-7850K
MotherBoard: Asus A68HM-K
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)
RAM: 8 GB DDR3-1866
PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ (bought in february)

This has started happening when summer hit my city (I live in Buenos Aires) and the power consumption increased. At that time (end of december of 2017) I had a generic power supply. So by February after getting back from holidays I bought the PSU listed above. That made the sudden turn offs decreased by a lot. (I was having one every 2 or 3 days, with the new PSU I had one a week or less).
I thought what caused the issue was the heat along with the summer that had my house with more temps (average of 25°C or more) overall and a less reliable electric connection (In Buenos Aires is common to have power outages in summer due to high comsuption due to Air Conditioners principally).
But now it's Fall (it's 15°C outside) and I just booted my computer back to Windows (I also have Ubuntu) and it turned off out of nowhere after I signed in. A few days ago while watching a movie and some other times while playing Paladins.

Thats why I ask for advice here, I have no clue what's going on. Should be noted that I asked some other people in the internet about weird things going on in my room (when the air conditioner starts working my monitor would go black for a second and then back to normal) and they told me that I have low tension in my room. I think that may have to do with my PC issues too, but I would like to know how to solve it; knowing that I cant change the hardwire of my home.
Also, the fact that I don't know how to track the problem (because after turning on again it works like nothing have happened) makes it way more difficult to understand

Sorry if it got a bit too long, but it's a lot I don't understand and I preferred to over-explain other than leaving things without explanation.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know too much about Bueno Aires but if you are having a lot of power outages in your area, your power source (wall outlet) may be giving you something called "dirty" power. You can try getting a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and help filter your power so it is more stable for your computer. This may fix your problem. You can do a web search on dirty power for more details.

Dirty power is:

Dirty electricity, also known as dirty power, harmonics, transients, and perhaps other names, refers to the unwanted or undesirable frequencies that are generated by electronics and electrical appliances and put back onto the wires in our homes, office buildings, and everywhere.  This is like noise, dirtying up what is supposed to be relatively clean power delivered to us to use.

Thanks for the advice! I'll give it some research and will see if that corrects the problem

Maybe just try to make sure your PC is on it's own power breaker separate from the AC and also give it a powerbar to plug into just in case for safety. Running an extension cord from another room would be a good way to make sure it's on another breaker.

Are you overclocking?

because an OC that doesn't have enough voltage can cause random resets..

I think this is an issue with the power coming from the wall though. I think you're onto something with that.
