clone windows 8 to ssd

earseUS says destination disk's sector size is not identical with source disk

 

my ssd is bigger than my c parition.

somehow my ssd is gpt type?

 

aomei backupper requires activation for cloning windows

 

what other free software are there?

minitool partition worked well. I was using 1 physical hdd with 2 partitions.

I trasnfered Windows 8 to my 480gb ssd. However the size dont add up? ??

I don't see anything abnormal from your screenshot. The size of the system reserved partition plus the size of the Windows os partition is the very size of your disk. However, if you mean the new partition size is different from the original one, that is because you chose "fit partitions to the entire disk" when migrating OS with minitool partition wizard.
